As a Social Educator working in our team, you will use your enthusiasm, experience and creativity to assist the people we support to achieve an extra ordinary life. Overall you'll need excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, good role modelling and support skills, problem solving skills, be innovative and creative, along with understanding human rights and the challenges facing those with disability. It would also be advantageous to have experience supporting adults with Autism and challenging behaviours.
You are required to hold a current NSW Drivers Licence, First Aid Certificate and Working With Children Check to be considered for this position.
